Space Rental
Larsen Gallery has hosted small intimate cocktail parties for 10 people to wedding receptions for 300 people. Whether your desire is to host a corporate holiday party or have a lavish private dinner, Larsen Gallery is an ideal, unique space to host the event.
- Availability
The 5300 square foot gallery and 800 square foot sculpture garden are available for rentals after 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and all day Sunday.
- Cost
All weekday rentals are $1,000.00 plus tax. Weekends are $2,000.00 plus tax. 50% is due with application. A security deposit of $200.00 must be made by the client. It will be returned upon inspection of the gallery by a Larsen Gallery staff member.
One member of the Larsen Gallery staff is required to stay on premises for the event and cleanup. This staff member will be compensated by being paid $25.00 per hour by the rentee. This amount is not included in the rental fee.
- Method
Upon approval of the application, the 50 % deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the rental fee and all other charges will be due on the date of the rental. Larsen Gallery will accept American Express, Mastercard, or Visa. All checks are to be made payable to Larsen Gallery.
The rentee should know that gallery closing time is 11:00 PM, that is when all cleanup must be complete and all persons must be out of the building. In the event the rentee should need or want to extend these hours, prior approval is required, and an additional fee of $250.00 per hour will be applied.
- Parking
Larsen Gallery has limited parking on the premises. We strongly suggest using a valet service. The preferred company is Epic Valet at 480.424.3742. Visit their website for pricing at www.epicvalet.com. Valets are at the rentees expense.
- Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol may be served at Larsen Gallery. Bartenders must be professional and obey the laws pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages as well as be responsible for bringing bottles and glasses to the outside trash bin.
- Kitchen Facilities
The kitchen at Larsen Gallery can be used for holding and heating of off site prepared foods only. There is a full capacity refrigerator/ freezer unit, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a large compartment sink.
- Event Planner/ Caterer Responsibilities
On the days Larsen Gallery is open, event planners/ caterers may not begin setting up until 5:00 PM. Exceptions will be considered. The event planner/ caterer is responsible for unloading, setting up, and reloading all of their goods. This must be done through the back loading door only.
- Number of Persons
Maximum Capacity of the gallery is 350 people. Seated dinner for 90 people maximum in large gallery and 50 people maximum in small or side galleries.
- House Rules
Smoking and/ or candles are strictly forbidden inside Larsen Gallery.
